Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Will be able to perform general duties and routine maintenance tasks. Must have general knowledge of hand tools and power equipment, advanced skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and heating equipment and be able to read blueprints. On call rotation is required. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.

Must have an active Maine driver’s license
