Education:Associates or Bachelors degree

Experience:Three to Five Years experience in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll - new graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Description

This position is responsible for receiving, processing, and authenticating documents related to accounts payable functions; foster parent payments and account reconciliation; and rental services contracts and payments. In addition, this position assists and provides back up coverage with processing payroll related work. Experience with FinanceEdge or similar financial management software; experience with Windows 365 programs, (Excel, Word, Outlook). Must have ability to assume responsibility, exercise initiative and judgment, respond positively to change, and attend accurately to details. Must have good communication and organizational skills, ability to work well in a multitask environment, and work independently under general direction.
